Palmerston North Mayor, Heather Tanguay and Deputy Mayor, John Hornblow, are asking people to "think globally and act locally." They say the movie An Inconvenient Truth, currently showing at the Rialto Cinema, is compulsive viewing for anyone who is concerned about the effects of global warming and the impact it will have on the world.
